gratuitous cuteness

Yesterday, I was in a crappy mood. Read some posts from others about all the things in their lives for which they are grateful*. I usually love this but still, I stayed grumpy. Then, I drove down to the river and went for a walk. Seems one of the tips I read at the Happiness Project does have some merit. Distraction. Feeling blue, negative, sad, lonely? Just connect with one of your passions and you'll get out of that funk. Nature's beauty is one of those things for me. And, really cute kittens don't hurt either.

* I'm often overwhelmed with a feeling of gratitude because I have so much in my life to be thankful for. Life is good. Not perfect, but solidly good.

how cute! I'm going to check out the happiness project sounds right up my alley, both personally and professionally.

now.. am I the only nut here who looked at this picture and initially thought the pillow was birthing the kitten?

I had no idea what your pillow birthing talk was about...until just now. Freaky!

I'm glad you still thought it was cute. =^..^=

That is the funniest thing - how people-like the little fur ball reacts. I love it when they do stuff like that ;0) That being said, I feel bad for the little kitty - it sure was zonked out before the human came along to wake it up!
