Tis the season for graduation ceremonies and that means speeches. I just finished reading Getting In by Karen Stabiner. The book ends with two high school graduation speeches, one delivered before an audience of mostly privileged students and their families at a private school; the other given by a first generation American at a public school. The speeches cap off the main themes running through the book.
Here's a brilliant graduation speech from Steve Jobs. Given how attentive the Stanford grads are, it looks to be one of those rare instances where a commencement speaker truly provides a message that resonates with everyone present.

What an awesome speech. I live in the SF Bay Area so have always been aware of Steve Jobs but never knew the story about his early life, adoption, etc. Really inspirational!
