It was our first and only time (so far) in London. We were on our way back from a long visit to Italy and a short stay in Paris. We only had about a day so this photo was taken from the top of one of those double-decker tour buses. Just luck to get this unobstructed view, sunny sky and to hear the ringing of the bells. I hope to return for a much longer visit. I loved what I saw and experienced there.

We did manage to get in one walking tour. It encompassed the changing of the guards, St. James's Palace and Buckingham Palace. It was a blast! The guide was like Alex Baldwin, but British & way over the top.

Thats a neat picture. I have never been there.
I love travel but have not made it to London. Were you lucky, or did you wait for 6 o'clock?

And I'd like to go see THAT in the near future, too.
Thanks for stopping by mine. Cheers! ;)
Lovely picture...London is one of my favorite places.
If you ever go back, I highly recommend London Walks...they do some fantastic walking tours. And they're fairly cheap, too.
Hey SoftDrink,
