You are correct. Obama/Biden will undoubtedly carry California. So, yes, your vote for president has more weight than my vote. I lived in Nevada for 16 years and I'm thinking an Obama/Biden ticket is not going to turn it blue. Have you looked at the most recent polls for your state? Nevada independents are going to vote for McCain.
