Cheney turned "pugnacious" says President Ford

Nothing like being rebuked from "beyond the grave." In an interview with Bob Woodward to be published only after his death, Ford speaks candidly about the mistake of Bush's war on Iraq and the disappointing conduct of Cheney and Rumsfeld.

"Rumsfeld and Cheney and the president made a big mistake in justifying going into the war in Iraq. ...I just don't think we should go hellfire damnation around the globe freeing people unless it is directly related to our own national security."
